Role Overview:
This is a dual-role for candidates who are keen to grow in both digital marketing and business development. You will support lead generation, branding, content, and client outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and an interest in client engagement, pitching, and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Digital Marketing (60% Role):
- Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and company website.
- Handle paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analyze performance metrics.
- Optimize website content for search engines and manage basic website updates (WordPress or similar).
- Collaborate with design and dev teams to create landing pages and digital content.
🔹 Business Development (40% Role):
- Research potential leads, industries, and markets (LinkedIn, B2B portals, etc.).
- Assist in crafting email pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, or CRM tools.
- Schedule and support client meetings and demos with the technical team.
- Maintain client records and pipeline in CRM or spreadsheets.
Required Skills:
- 0.6 to 2 years of combined experience in digital marketing and/or business development.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, email campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and communicate value propositions.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with B2B IT/Tech services marketing or inside sales.
- Prior exposure to proposal writing, cold outreach, or automation tools.
- Certifications in digital marketing or Business Development tools.
