Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic CRM Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage leads, build strong customer relationships, and help drive revenue using our CRM tools. You’ll play a critical role in the pre-sales and post-sales journey, ensuring top-notch client engagement and sales pipeline efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationships using CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team with data entry, reporting, and client communication.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, activities, and sales progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer engagement.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Assist in scheduling demos, meetings, and handling client queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or CRM-based roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS or tech product sales.
• Prior exposure to tools like Mailchimp, Intercom, or Trello.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer lifecycle management.
