Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with experience in mobile app development to join our growing product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the MERN stack along with experience in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design and develop mobile applications using React Native (or Flutter).
• Integrate APIs and third-party services for both web and mobile platforms.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write reusable, clean, and well-documented code.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in MERN stack development.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in mobile app development (React Native or Flutter preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, state management (Redux/Context), and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with MongoDB and database design principles.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or Socket.io.
• Familiarity with app store deployments (Android & iOS).
• Exposure to basic DevOps practices or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
